private taxi restaurant reservation free taxi single room curt desk poor opinion

the staff helped us arrange a private taxi to the airport! they also helped make restaurant reservations. they booked a private glass factory tour on murano. the water taxi was free, very kind.

I booked what i thought was a double room. the front desk said i booked a single room. This was strange. the lady at the desk was curt about it. this left a poor opinion.

a decent hotel stay

The room was quite spacious. I particularly admired the bathroom size. i am tall and could stand up straight in the shower. the welcome happy hour was nice. The prosecco and appetizers started our trip. the shuttle to the cruise port was very convenient, and priced well.

the check-in process had some issues. i was told that i had booked a single room. the person at the desk told me I had to pay.

Acceptable stay, some issues with service

poor service unhelpful staff

The room was spacious and the bathroom size was adequate.

I encountered issues at check-out regarding the room type I booked. I was told I had to pay extra. The person at the desk was curt and unhelpful. This left a negative impression despite other aspects of the hotel being good.

unreachable handle limited yogurt

The rain shower situation was a real struggle. i couldn't switch it to the handset because of some handle i couldn't reach, this was irritating. breakfast was okay, though i found the yogurt selection limited. I expect more variety in such a place. it felt lacking and definitely made mornings less enjoyable.

eggs order cappuccinos breakfast temperature control central location unfriendly front desk old room

the breakfast included eggs made to order and great cappuccinos. i found a variety of fruits, yogurts, meats, cheeses, bread, and pastries. the hotel has temperature control i also appreciated the lovely furnishings. there were plenty of outlets including one on either side of the bed.

I found the location to be not central. it was like a 30 minute walk to the town center. the front desk was not the most hospitable. I didn't find it super friendly. the rooms looked kinda old. They were all different themes.
